How can I submit a Bid Request?

Please be sure to include all contact information (Full Name, Company Name, Phone Number and Email Address), list all equipment you’d like included in your bid (including quantities, model numbers, colors, descriptions, etc.) and any other relevant information you’d like us to take into consideration.


How do I get my equipment to you?

Our customer service representatives will contact you to determine the best way to package and ship your equipment. We will then coordinate pick-up and pay all shipping charges for the equipment that we purchase.


How can I provide a link to images of the equipment I have for sale?

The easiest way to provide a link to images of the equipment you have for sale, is to first upload a collection of images to a site such as DropBox. With DropBox, you can transfer these images straight from your desktop, to the application, eliminating the need to find and upload the images. From the DropBox site, find your file or folder, and select “share”, from there, click “create a link” then “copy link”, and paste your link into our Bid Request form. This will allow us to view your images and create a better bid for your equipment.
